Apply with clear expectations

Create an account and apply to be considered for future annotation and AI evaluation projects. This is a recruitment preview, not a current job posting.

Applicants are US-based for now, with university students as an early focus.

An application is not a job offer

LabelQuill has no active clients and no paid projects.

Applications may be reviewed for future projects, but submitting one, or having it approved, does not guarantee employment, compensation or access to tasks.

The work it trains for

Training covers four formats today. Listing them here does not mean project work in them is available.

Text classification
Apply a project’s labels to short passages, following its written guide.
Response evaluation
Judge an AI model’s answer against criteria such as accuracy and safety.
Pairwise comparison
Read two answers to the same prompt and choose the stronger one.
Image annotation
Draw tight boxes around objects in photographs and label each one.
The rear of a dark saloon car in a garage at night, its plate lit white between red tail lights
Image annotation in practice: the plate on a car, boxed edge to edge.

After you apply

A staged process, not an instant activation.

Review
An administrator reviews each application and records a decision. Approval is never automatic.
Training
Four modules, open from the day you register, then the General Qualification.
Onboarding
Approved applicants would verify their identity and sign an agreement before any paid task. In this preview, identity verification is a practice version only.
Pay
No rate has been set. Any future pay, classification and terms would depend on a real project, a written agreement and applicable law.
